Wilma Ann Thompson, age 93, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born on November 17, 1932 in Calvary, Kentucky to the late William Kelly and Mary Josephine Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Edward Thompson; son, James Lawrence Thompson; daughter, Geralyn Thompson Schmitt; grandson, Mitchell Edward Hale; parents; nine siblings, Veronica Hill, Gerald Thomas, Kelly Thomas Jr., Nora Edna Lee, James Louis Thomas, Jude Thomas, Bernard Thomas, Kay Spencer, Anselm Thomas.

Survivors include her three sons, Earl (Jennifer) Thompson, Jeffry (Patricia) Thompson, Kevin (Debbie) Thompson all of Lebanon; three daughters, Suzanne (Terry) Mattingly of Lebanon, Mary Lou (Jeff) Hale of Hendersonville, TN, Betty Jo (Terry) Phelps of Versailles; son-in-law, Rob Schmitt of Louisville; daughter-in-law, Jan Thompson of Lebanon; sister, Lucille (Pat Spalding); two brothers, Harry (Frankie) Thomas, Nick (Rita) Thomas.

Also surviving are twenty-three grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 23, 2026 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M.
