Sometimes the smallest feet leave the biggest footprints on our hearts. With unimaginable sadness, we announce the birth and passing of Valerie Marie Downing, born sleeping on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. She was cherished before we ever had the chance to hold her in our arms and will be loved for all the days to come.

Survivors include her parents, George and Brittany Downing of Lebanon; brother, Vincent Jason Downing; paternal grandmother, Peggy Downing; maternal grandmother, Christine (Mike) Logsdon; maternal grandfather, Randy (Lillie) Accardo; aunt, Cassidy (Sean) Zeringue; and cousin, Isabella.

Also surviving are a host of relatives and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
