Trina Nicole Dunn, age 38, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, September 21, 2018 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
She was born on May 29, 1980 in Lebanon, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by:
Father: Lloyd David Mattingly Jr.
Grandfather: William Howard Dunn, Sr.

Survivors include:
Mother: Claudia Mae Dunn, of Lebanon; Two Daughters: Morgan Sierra Harvey, of Lebanon, and Autumn Marie Harvey, of Campbellsville; Two Sons: Cameron Wade Harvey, of Lebanon, Tristan Lance Harvey, of S.C.; Significant Other: Joseph Gribbins, of Lebanon; Grandson: Kamari Adonis Dunn, of Lebanon; Maternal Grandmother: Ms. Elizabeth Ann King, of Lebanon; Special Cousin: Douglas Dunn, of Lebanon.

Also surviving are a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Holy Name of Mary Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:30 P.M. on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at Bosley Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations toward funeral expenses; donations may be made at the funeral home.
