Thomas G. "Jerry" Caldwell, age 62 of Lebanon, passed from this life on Wednesday, April 06, 2022 at his residence.

He was born October 16, 1959 in Lebanon to the late William Ivo Caldwell, Jr. and Elizabeth Odele Wathen Caldwell. Jerry was a proud and dedicated employee of Kroger where he exhibited his hard work for 42 years

He was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Elijah "Blue" Caldwell; three siblings, Austin Caldwell, Brenda Caldwell and Karen Money.

Jerry is survived by one son, Justin Thomas Caldwell of Lebanon; eleven siblings, Marcella Brady of Calvary, Cecilia Smith of Bardstown, Connie Gaddie of Lebanon, Pam Ford of Campbellsville, Billy Caldwell of Calvary, Phyllis Beavers of Bardstown, Tim Caldwell of Lebanon, Danny Caldwell of Finley, Monica Caldwell of Calvary, Charlie Caldwell of Campbellsville, and Jackie Caldwell Thomas of Bardstown; and his ex-wife, Eva Annette Hughes of Lebanon. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Bosley Funeral Home. Services will be officiated by Rev. Jeff Newton. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 3:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M at Bosley Funeral Home.
