Mrs. Thelma Bernice Knopp Curtis, age 75, of Lebanon, Ky, passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at her residence. She was born on September 13, 1935 in Marion County, Ky. Mrs. Curtis was a homemaker and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.  She is preceded in death by her husband, W.H."Peck" Curtis; parents, Edward Paul and Ethel Stella Bright Knopp; three sisters, Pauline Raikes, Silvia Caldwell and Agnes Cecil.  Survivors include daughter, Ann (Allen) Benningfield of Lebanon, Ky; sons, Gary (Laurie) Curtis of Lebanon, Ky, Mitchell (Martha) Curtis of Lebanon, Ky, Allen (Paula) Curtis of Lebanon, Ky, Bradley (Crystal) Curtis of Lebanon, Ky; two sisters, Frances Gordon of Lebanon, Ky, Mae Morgeson of Lebanon, Ky; three brothers, Ed Knopp of Lebanon, Ky, Sam Knopp of Lebanon, Ky, Thelbert Knopp of Lebanon, Ky. Also surviving are eight grandchildren.  A funeral mass will be held at 8:00 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2010 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Jerry Bell. Interment in Lebanon National Cemetery.  Visitations will begin at 3:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with a prayer service being held Thursday evening at 7:00 by Deacon Joe Dant.
