We mournfully announce the passing of Terri Ann Spalding, 53, of Lebanon, Kentucky on September 26,2021 at Bourbon Community Hospital in Paris, Kentucky. She was born February 20, 1968 in Lebanon.

Terri was preceded in death by her parents, James Arnold and Joyce Ann Spalding.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, David LaShay Bell of Lebanon, Tyren DeShawn Bell of Springfield; a sister, Erica Denise (Keith) Martin of Lexington; a brother, James Gerard (Kumiko) Spalding of Garland, Texas; a niece, NaKayla Kenise Greene of Lexington; and a host of other family members and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, October 02, 2021 at Ryder Cemetery with Elder Michael Johnson officiating.

The family kindly requests that masks be worn.
