Mrs. Susan Glazebrook Hays, age 89 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Wednesday, November 27, 2013 at the Village of Lebanon. She was born on January 26, 1924 in Marion County, KY. Mrs. Hays was a member of Lebanon United Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Uriah S. and Edith Clark Glazebrook; brother, George William Glazebrook; sister, Mary Dean Bradshaw.

Survivors include her husband of seventy-one years, Maurice T. Hays, of Lebanon, KY; two daughters, Lynda (Clyde) Tharp, of Shelbyville, KY, Janet (Ken) Johnson, of Mt. Sterling, KY; son, Ed (Pat) Hays, of Danville, KY; six grandchildren, Heather (Troy) Hood, Kyle (Jamie) Tharp, Julie (John) Gregg, Ben (Blake) Hays, Lindsay (Troy) Porcelli, Rory (Aaron) Gruler. Also surviving are nine great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and many caregivers who came to love her as family because Susan made them feel that way.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2013 at Bosley Funeral Home with interment in Haysville Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
