Stephen Paul Bland, age 36 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Spring View Hospital. He was born on November 28, 1977 in Lebanon, KY. Stephen was a member of Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Ernest Bland; paternal grandparents, Paul and Clara Bland, maternal grandparents, Ray and Eva Fowler; paternal uncle, Ben Bland; maternal uncles, Tim Fowler and Michael Edwards; nephew, Joseph Tyler Bland.

Survivors include his mother, Cheryl Bland; two brothers, Joseph Raymond (Mary) Bland, of Louisville, KY, James Michael (Rachel) Bland, of Lebanon, KY; four paternal uncles, Paul Wilbur (Ida Jo) Bland, of Lexington, KY, Irvin (Carolyn) Bland, of Campbellsville, KY, Charles Myrle (Kathleen) Bland, of Campbellsville, KY, Carroll (Phyllis) Bland, of Lebanon, KY; three paternal aunts, Louise Bland, of Lebanon, KY, Jeanine (Norris) Brady, of St. Joe, KY, Diane (Gene) Young, of Louisville, KY; niece, Kendall Marie Bland; four nephews, Benjamin and James Timothy Bland, of Lebanon, KY, Andrew and Haden Bland, of Louisville, KY; special friend, Leo Nally.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitations will be held after 4:00 p.m. Friday at Bosley Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 Friday evening.
