Sandra Dee "Sandy" Atwood, age 55, of Lebanon, passed away on Tuesday, May 07, 2024 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

She was born on May 21, 1968 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Stanley Seldon Bright and Loucelia Bright. Sandy was a loving wife, mother, Mimi and Memall. Her grandchildren were her world. She enjoyed hummingbirds, crafting, and traveling to the beach and Pigeon Forge.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three siblings, Richard "Frisby" Bright, Lynn Reynolds, Ann Mason King.

Survivors include her loving husband, Anthony Atwood of Lebanon; two daughters, Ashley Skaggs (Jeremy) of Mt. Sherman, Amanda Kuttler (Justin) of Willisburg; three sons, Robert Atwood of Danville, Daniel Atwood of Campbellsville, Terry "T.J." Albertson of Lebanon; daughter-in-law, Kelly Gribbins; four brothers, Mark Bright of Lebanon, Buster Bright of Lebanon, Danny Dale Bright of Lebanon, Tim Allen Bright of Bradfordsville; sister, Gail Ponce of Lebanon; ten grandchildren, Alanna, Brianna, Robert, Sarah, Ashley, Layla, Bella, Ruthie, Emma, Ellie.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Friday, May 10, 2024 at Bosley Funeral Home and on Saturday, May 11, 2024 from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at Bosley Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. John Simpson. Interment to follow in Old Liberty Cemetery.
