Sandra L. Faulkner, age 64, of Campbellsville, passed away Sunday, August 08, 2021 at Ephraim McDowell Hospital in Danville. She was born August 07, 1957 in Clinton, North Carolina. Sandra was a retired nurse aid and home health aid.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty McCarty; and step-father, Darrell McCarty.

Survivors include her daughter, Demetrice Underwood of Lebanon; brother, William McDaniel of Lebanon; and sister, Pamela Harrington of Bardstown.

Per the family's wishes, cremation was chosen.
