Roy Thomas McElroy, age 70, of Lebanon, passed away Monday January 07, 2019 at Stanford Care and Rehab. He was born on December 24, 1948 in Finley, Kentucky. Mr. McElroy was a United States Army Veteran.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry Leo McElroy and Annie Agnes Shivley McElroy; two brothers, Afton Leroy McElroy and Johnny Mack McElroy; Sister, Nancy Moore.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Farmer McElroy of Lebanon, KY; two daughters, Deborah Lynn McElroy of Alabama, Dorothy Mae (Josh) Drye of Lebanon, KY; son, Roy Thomas McElroy II of Lebanon, KY; three grandsons, Austin Abell, Collin Abell, Carter Drye, all of Lebanon, KY; one great-grandson, Easton Abell; brother, Charles (Brenda) McElroy of Finley, KY; five sisters, Billie (John) Turner of Bardstown, KY, Mary (Wallace) Parrott of Lebanon, Gloria McElroy of Finley, KY, Roberta Lewis of Willisburg, KY, Brenda (Charlie) Goatley of Springfield, KY; brother-in-law, Charles Moore of Lebanon, KY.

Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday January 10, 2019 at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment to follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery, with full military honors conducted by the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:30 P.M. Wednesday January 09, 2019 at Bosley Funeral Home.
