Richard Eugene Woodrum's Obituary
Richard Eugene Woodrum, also known as Dick, age 73 of Florence, Alabama, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018. He was born on July 17, 1945 in Bradfordsville, KY. Mr. Woodrum worked in sales with telecommunication companies. Dick was a Kentucky Colonel, loved fishing, and was an avid U.K and Cincinnati Reds fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dalton Eugene and Essie Richards Woodrum; niece, Bonnie Sue Woodrum.
Dick was survived by his wife, Jane Neagle Woodrum, of Florence, AL; son, John Woodrum (Jessica), of Killen, AL; brother, John Denny Woodrum (Mary), Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Kolby Woodrum, Jane Catherine Woodrum and Drake Patterson; special family friends, Jacob Chewning and Jeremy Rolett.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Delane Pinkston. Interment to follow in Old Liberty Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
