Mr. Richard Randolph Gordon, age 53 of Springfield, KY, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Spring View Hospital. He was born on June 02, 1963 in Washington County, KY. Richard was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Richard "Jack" Gordon.

Survivors include his wife, Linda Purdy Gordon, of Springfield, KY; son, Ryan Neil Gordon and daughter, Emily Savannah Gordon, both of Springfield, KY; mother, Mary Helen Baker Gordon, of Springfield, KY; two brothers, Neely (Valerie) Gordon, of Springfield, KY, John Gordon, of Bardstown, KY; two sisters, Lydia (Tony) Diamond, Iva (Mike) Harman, both of Lexington, KY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the St. Augustine Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 3:00-8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 17, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home. Prayer Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening by Deacon Dennis May.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the St. Augustine School Fund.
