Renita Ann "Nita" Bartlett, age 87 of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Bluegrass Care and Rehab in Lexington. She was born April 19, 1937 in Lebanon to the late Foster and Christine (Hays) Lawson. Nita was director of Admissions at Spring View Hospital for over 20 years before her retirement in 2006.

Besides her parents, Nita was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Bartlett; daughter, Suzanne Bartlett; and brother, Randall Lawson.

Survivors include her son, Charlie (Carla) Bartlett of Versailles; daughter, Cheri (Doug) Hughes of Florence; sister, Cookie (David) Thomas; grandchildren, Amanda (Greg) Chapman, Charlie (Susan) Bartlett, Andrea (Blake) White, Seth Hughes, Chase (Breanna) Hughes, and Luke Hughes; and great-grandchildren, Riley, Tanner, Parker, Davie, Kerri, and Sylvie.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Lyons and Rev. Troy Elmore officiating. Interment will follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 2:00-6:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 26, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home.
