Mrs. Rebecca Lorene Claywell Otto, age 36 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Monday, March 11, 2013 at her residence. She was born on June 6, 1976 in Marion County, KY. Mrs. Otto was a former employee of T.G. KY, and was currently attending St. Catharine's College.

Survivors include her husband, Lee William Otto, II, of Lebanon, KY; daughter, Breanna Claywell, of Lebanon, KY; mother and step-father, Madeline Campbell Claywell and J.R. Wiley, of Versailles, KY; father, Don Richard Claywell, of London, KY; sister, Matosha Claywell, of London, KY.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Robbie Harmon. Interment will be in the Bethlehem Church Cemetery in Springfield, KY.

Visitations will be held after 4:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Expressions of Sympathy may be made toward a college fund established for Rebecca's
daughter, Breanna Claywell.
