Philip O. "Junebug" Mudd, age 78 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, November 04, 2021 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born November 12, 1942 in Marion County to the late Philip Sr. and Josphine Caldwell Mudd.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bernard, Fred, Bobby, and Gene Mudd; and sisters, Pauline Abell, Joan Tharp, Juanita Spalding, and Pat VonNostitz.

Survivors include his brother, Mike Mudd of Lebanon; and sisters, Geneva Blair, Carolyn Smith, and Connie Pendygraft, all of Louisville.

A mass of Christian burial will take place at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 09, 2021 at St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment will follow in St. Charles Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Monday, November 08, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.
