Pearl Josephine "Josie" Napier, age 95 of Louisville, KY, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015 at the Frankfort Regional Hospital in Frankfort, KY. She was born on December 21, 1919 in Lebanon, KY. Mrs. Napier was a retired employee of Brown and Williams Tobacco Company and a former member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Garrett William Napier; parents, Joseph and Mary Edna Hall Taylor.

Survivors include daughter, Patsy Sue (Jerry) Shuck, of Fruitland Park, FL; son, William Rodney (Judith) Napier, of Bethlehem, KY; sister, Margaret Lamkin, of Louisville, KY. Also surviving are five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. with prayer services at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
