Paul Howell Howard Jr. age 81 of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at his home. He was born October 21, 1943 in New Haven to the late Paul Howell Howard Sr. and Pearl (Hendren) Howard. Paul worked at Angell Manufacturing for over 30 years before his retirement. During his time at Angell, he opened Brookhaven Manor Mobile Home Park.

Besides his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his daughter, Carrie Ann Hutchins; sisters, Joan (Reginald) Smith, and Joyce Howard; brothers, Jeff Howard, John Young Howard, Jullian Howard, and Jerry "Pete" Howard; brothers-in-law, Ray Downs and Irvin Vittitow.

Survivors include his children, Paul Howard III of Taylor County, and Bradley (Jennifer) Howard of Lebanon; brother, Joe (Laura) Howard; sisters, Jean Downs, Janice Vittitow, and Jane (Jimmy) Cross; sisters-in-law, Betty Jo Howard and Pam Howard; grandchildren, Blair (JT) Barnhill, Austin (Caitlyn) Howard, Amber (Avery) Sabens, Haeli Howard, Aaron Jacob Howard, and Madelyn Howard; also surviving are 4 great-grandchildren, plus one on the way, Jackson and Mason Sabens, and Kennedy and Cason Howard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday June 25, 2025 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. officiated by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
