Mrs. Patsy Rae May Myers, age 60 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2016. She was born on April 15, 1955 in Lebanon, KY. Mrs. Myers worked as an insurance clerk for Lebanon Pediatrics, and was a member of River of Life Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar Ray and Gladys Caulk May.

Mrs. Myers is survived by her husband, Michael Anthony "Mike" Myers, of Lebanon, KY; brother, David May, of Panama City, Florida.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Bosley Funeral Home, Officiated by Brother Troy Shelton with assistance from Freddie Smith and Deacon Dennis May.. Interment to follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
