Owen Gabriel "Gabe" Brady, 83, of Louisville, KY, passed away January 18, 2019. He was born to Joseph Patrick and Josephine Brady in St. Joseph, KY on March 26, 1935. He was retired from General Electric and was a skilled carpenter.

Gabe was preceded in death by his parents; a beloved daughter; Lori Ann, brothers; James of St. Joseph, Mac of Finley, Charles of Lebanon, Donald of Bardstown, Norris of St. Joseph; sisters, Elizabeth Riney and Borgia Lee of St. Joseph.

Survivors include his loving wife of 63 years, Dorothy Ann Hardesty Brady; sons, Kenneth Edward (Margaret), David Wayne (Lorie), Terry Martin (Tammy), Thomas Dale and Eric Gabriel (Leanna); sixteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby of St. Joseph and Al of Lebanon. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at St. Charles Catholic Church. Interment to follow in St. Joseph Community cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Bosley Funeral Home with prayer services at 7:00 Tuesday evening held by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
