Mrs. Nell Terry Spalding, age 91, of Lebanon, KY, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Village of Lebanon Nursing Center. She was born on September 30, 1921 in Grayson County, KY.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lester Helm Spalding; parents, Thomas and Eula Keller Terry; sister, Joyce Upson.

Survivors include daughter, Susan Spalding (William B.) Garrett, of Lebanon, KY; two sons, Larry Helm (Faith) Spalding, of Tallahassee, FL, Steven L. (Ann) Spalding, of Lexington, KY; sister-in-law, Thelma Spalding Martin, of Atlanta, GA; four grandchildren, Matthew Steven (Carole) Garrett, Christopher Michael (Katie) Garrett, Stephanie Lynn (Steve) Cook, Stephanie Anne (Jamie) Abell; six great-grandchildren, William Theododre "Ted" Garrett, Isabelle Kate "Belle" Garrett, Benjamin Christopher "Ben" Garrett, Samantha Katherine Abell, Parker Adeline Cook, Katelyn Caroline Abell; seven step-great-grandchildren, Lance Aaron (Lori) Abell, Jessica Renee Abell, Hayley Elizabeth Abell, Tyler Johannes Abell, Michael Caleb (Emily) Judge, Joshua (Holly) Judge, Richard Blake; one step-great-great-grandchild, Alexis Jade McClure.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Lebanon United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Darren Gillespie. Interment will be in the Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitations will be after 4:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bosley Funeral Home.
