Mrs. Mrytle Ann Buckman, age 81 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Monday, February 17, 2014 at Spring View Hospital. She was born on February 28, 1932 in Marion County, KY. Mrs. Buckman was a past employee of Lerman Bros. Department Store in Lebanon, a retired employee of Plastic Products in Lebanon, and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Caldwell and Mary Isabelle Wathen Abell; sister, Shirley Abell Bland; brother, Thomas Gerald Abell.

Survivors include her husband, Fabian Buckman, of Lebanon, KY; three sons, Donnie (Joanna) Buckman, of Lebanon, KY, Glenn (Kathy) Buckman, of Lexington, KY, Perry (Darlene) Buckman, Elizabethtown, KY; two daughters, Patsy (Ronnie) Thomas, of Glasgow, KY, Toni (Tony) Williams, of Louisville, KY; ten grandchildren, Amy (Josh) Ueber, of Lexington, KY, Ellen (Jeff) Roberts, of Lebanon, KY, Shawn Burkhart, of Lexington, KY, Beth (Chad) Russell, of Glasgow, KY, Ryan (Mandi) Buckman, of Lexington, KY, Christopher (Debbie) Buckman, of Lebanon, KY, Patrick Thomas, of Winter Park, CO, Eric Buckman, of Lexington, KY, Graham Buckman, of Elizabethtown, KY, Collin Williams, of Louisville, KY; three brothers, Bernard (Harlene) Abell, of Lebanon, KY, Allan (Brenda) Abell, of Finley, KY, George (Suzanne) Abell, of Spring Hill, FL; three sisters, Edwardine (Lawrence) Luckett, Wanda (William) Osbourn Thomas, Marty (Pat) Wheatley, all of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christain Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 21, 2014 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, celebrated by Rev. Bill Bowling. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitations will be held after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. by Deaon Joseph R. Dant.
