Mary Patricia "Patsy" Blandford, age 72, of Charlestown, formerly of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, May 01, 2026 at Norton Clark Hospital in Jeffersonville.

She was born on May 30, 1953 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Marion Vincent and Mary Sybil Blair.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Thomas Anthony Blair.

Survivors include her loving husband, Marty Blandford of Charlestown; son, Stacy Benningfield (Renee) of Lebanon; daughter, Haley Alexander (Ryan) of Sellersburg; step-son, Bobby Blandford of High Grove; step-daughter, Sarah Litton of High Grove; six grandchildren, Jaci, Elizabeth, Maggie, Issac, Preston, Paisley; four brothers, Kenny Blair (Ruth Ann) of Lebanon, Benny Blair (Mary Anne) of Lebanon, Phillip Blair (Raylene) of Crestwood, Rusty Blair (Dana) of Lebanon; three sisters, Phyllis Crane (Bob) of Lawrenceburg, Margaret Wolf (Rob) of Lebanon, Terri Knopp (Mike) of Lebanon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 06, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, May 05, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
