Mrs. Mary Leota Brady, age 93, of Lebanon, Ky, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011 at the Loretto Mother House in Nerinx, Ky. She was born on December 27, 1917 in Marion County, KY. Mrs. Brady was a homemaker, and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Spencer Brady; parents, Oscar and Mary Forma Ray Buckman; son, Tommy Brady; granddaughter, Karen Roberts; and brother, Joseph Ray Buckman.
Survivors include daughters, Carolyn Hardesty, of Raywick, KY, Rosie Roberts, of Campbelsville, KY, Joyce Keeling, of Louisville, KY, Helen Leake, of Raywick, KY, Kathy Brady, of Louisville, KY; sons, James Louis Brady, of Campbellsville, KY, B.J. Brady, of Louisville, KY, Donnie Brady, of Shepherdsville, KY; also surviving are thirty grandchildren, thirty-two great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Charles Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Jim Graf. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
Visitations will be held from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with a prayer service that evening at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Joe Dant.
