Mary Lou Hardin, age 80, of Lebanon, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 05, 2026 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on July 22, 1946 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late William Robert and Susie Alliefair Brown.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lynos Hardin; parents; sister, Elvina Belton.

Survivors include her four children, Todd Hardin (Jill) of Lebanon, Greg Hardin of Lexington, Stephanie Aldridge (Shane) of Lexington, Brad Hardin of Lebanon; five grandchildren, Paige Mattingly, Zachary Hardin, Ellie Hardin, Caitlynn Brady, Easton Brady; two great-grandchildren, Rhett Mattingly and Blaire Mattingly; three sisters, Catherine Thomas, Doris Lynch, Alline Smith; brother, James Brown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Springfield.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
