Mrs. Mary Clarissa Mudd Kelly, age 86 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at Colonial Health & Rehab Center in Bardstown, KY.  She was born on June 12, 1925 in Lebanon, KY. Mrs. Kelly worked at Lerman Brothers until her marriage, then babysat many children to later become known as "Grandma Kelly". She was also a lifelong member of St. Charles Catholic Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Michael Kelly, Sr; parents, Charles Robert and Mary Helena Spalding Mudd; brothers, Joseph Ellert and Charles Robert Mudd, Jr; sisters, Hazel Marie Mudd Thompson and Helen Ann Mudd; brother-in-law, Bernard Thompson.

Survivors include sons, Richard Michael Kelly, Jr, of Lebanon, KY, Charles Donald (Nell) Kelly, of Georgetown, KY; daughter, Helen Jeanette (David Blandford) Kelly, of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Alex, Ryan, and Kristen Blandford, of Lexington, KY, Brad Kelly, of Georgetown, KY; sisters, Dolores (Francis) Thomson, Benita (Larry, Jr.) Riney, Sr. Susan Mary Mudd, O.S.U, all of Owensboro, KY; Maggie (Patrick, Sr.) Hayden, Dianne (Vic) Simi, both of Lexington, KY; sister-in-law, Patricia Marirea Mudd, of Louisville, KY; brothers, Victor (Pauline) Mudd, of Lebanon, KY, Leonard Mudd, Sr. and Joe Lawrence (Brenda) Mudd, both of Louisville, KY. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 5, 2013 at St. Charles Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Jim Graf. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. held by Deacon Joe Dant.
