Mrs. Mary Borgia Smith, age 101 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2014. She was born on November 9, 1913 in Lebanon. Mrs. Smith worked as the manager of Lebanon Goodwill for thirty-two years, and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raphel Carlton Smith (1981); parents, Fred Zachary and Agnes Mouser Mann; sisters, Bernice Mardis, Pauline Stine, Iona Spalding, Anna Laura Adams, Gertrude Jones, Drucella Stein; brothers, Fred Mann, Jr., William Mann, Jodie Mann.

Survivors include two daughters, Judy Raikes, of Lebanon, KY, Mary Jane Gribbins, of Lebanon, KY; four sons, Jerry (Carol) Smith, of St. Louis, MO, Jimmy (Christine) Smith, of Lebanon, KY, Tommie (Bettie) Smith, of Springfield, KY, Johnny (Marsha) Smith, of Standford, KY; sister, Mary Alice Marzian, of Louisville, KY. Also surviving are eighteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 13, 2014 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Bosley Funeral Home. Prayer services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday evening by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
