Mary Douglas Boldrick, age 80, of Lynchburg, VA, formerly of Lebanon, passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 in Lynchburg, VA.

She was born on Jan. 30, 1939 in Lebanon, Ky to Sam Spalding and Mary Rose O'Daniel Boldrick.

She was survived by her brother, Samuel James Boldrick, of Coral Gables, FL.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 14, 2019 at St. Augustine Church Cemetery; officiated by Deacon Joe Dant. Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
