Martin Jude Bradshaw, age 47 of Calvary, KY, passed away Friday, December 21, 2012 at Spring View Hospital. He was born on April 5, 1965 in Lebanon, KY. Martin worked at Teledyne Portland Forge.

He is preceded in death by his father, William Kelly Bradshaw, Jr; brother, Dale Gerald Bradshaw.

Survivors include his wife, Melissa Hughes Bradshaw, of Calvary, KY; daughters, Amelia Bradshaw, of Calvary, KY, Miranda Bradshaw, of Calvary, KY; mother, Dorothy Caldwell Bradshaw, of Calvary, KY; three brothers, Rev. Terry L. Bradshaw, of Louisville, KY, Scott Bradshaw, of Bardstown, KY, Troy Bradshaw, of Lebanon, KY; four sisters, Denise Lynette Smith, of Springfield, KY, Angela McDonnell, of Bardstown, KY, Michaela Nowell, of Louisville, KY, Geralyn Osbourn, of Taylorsville, KY. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 24, 2012 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, officiated by Rev. Terry Bradshaw and Rev. Jack Caldwell. Interment will be in the Holy Name of Mary Church Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday evening by Rev. Terry Bradshaw.

Visitations will be held from 11:30-12:30 Monday at Bosley Funeral Home.

Expressions of Sympathy may take the form of contributions toward College Funds established for Martin's daughters.
