Marion Walker "Big Timber" Garrett, age 81 of Bradfordsville, passed away Friday April 09, 2021 at his residence. He was born July 26, 1939 in Lebanon to the late Bernard and Neoma Garrett.

Marion was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved his little dog Ringo. He loved mules, and spending time with his family the most. He was a dedicated tow truck driver for many years. He also loved to spend his free time farming. He was one that would give you the shirt off of his back if you needed it. He was one to count on always being there if you needed him. He will be greatly missed by everyone.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Lou Garrett; parents, Bernard and Neoma Garrett; and brothers, Hubert David Garrett and Lawrence James Garrett.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle (Joel) Allen of Bradfordsville; brother, William B. (Susan) Garrett of Lebanon; sisters, Verna Wilson of Princeton, Minnesota, Rita (Jim) Blexrude of Molalla, Oregon, and Mary Jane (Marvin) Lindala of Big Lake, Minnesota; granddaughter, Stephanie (Teddy) Gipson; great grandchildren, Caylei, Paxton, and Waelyn Gipson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday April 13, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home with Rev. Troy Mattingly officiating. Interment will follow in Old Liberty Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Monday April 12, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home.
