Lorena Mae Benningfield, age 94, of Lebanon, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Village of Lebanon Nursing Home. She was born on August 18, 1930 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late Henry Clay Benningfield and Lucy Evelyn Hardesty Benningfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Leroy Benningfield, Gerald Benningfield, Alfonzo Benningfield, Alonzo Benningfield; sister, Alma Garrett.

Survivors include her brother, Kenneth (Clyde) Benningfield of Lebanon; three sisters, Judy Shofner of Campbellsville, Nadine (Doug Ray) Wright of Campbellsville, Betty (Thomas) Moore of Jessietown; and sisters-in-law, Betty Lou Benningfield and Sue Benningfield.

Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, and family.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Rev. Steve Skaggs. Interment to follow in Benningfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the Benningfield Cemetery Fund or to The Gideons International for the donations of Bibles, donations can be made at www.gideons.org

Pallbearers will be Cody Benningfield, Andrew Pulliam, Roger Moore, Troy Benningfield, Mike Benningfield, Aaron Bright, Jacob Benningfield, Andrew Bright.

Honorary pallbearers will be her nieces.
