Mr. Leo Burton Gordon, age 86 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Spring View Hospital. He was born on April 3, 1927 in Marion County, KY. Mr. Gordon was a U.S. Army Veteran, a retired empoyee of the Kentucky Highway Department, and a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Jeannie Benningfield; sister, Lillian Kirkland; brothers, Sidney, J.W., and John Gordon.

Survivors include his wife, Frances Knopp Gordon, of Lebanon, KY; three sons, Butch (Cabrina) Gordon, Terry Gordon, Kevin (Barbara) Gordon, all of Lebanon, KY; three daughters, Rosalind (Bernard) Miles, Tina (Patrick) Wible, Bridgett (Chris) Wheatley, all of Lebanon, KY. Also surviving are twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2014 at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitations will be held after 4:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 Thursday evening by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
