Kristen Renee Thomas, age 37, of Lebanon, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2026 at the University of Kentucky Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 28, 1989 in Lebanon, Kentucky to Marty and Julie Thomas.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Fred and Linda Hayden; paternal grandparents, Frank and Blanche Thomas; and aunt, Susan Carpenter.

Survivors include her three sons, Andy Cox, Tommy Cox, Jase Cox; daughter, Paige Mattingly (Levi); grandson, Jaxton Mattingly; forever fiancé, Brian Gaddie; parents, Marty and Julie Thomas; brother, Dylan Thomas (Brianna); uncles, Ben (Amy) Hayden, Phillip Hayden (Lee Ann); nieces and nephews, Ashlynn, Addison, Case and Colt Thomas.

Also surviving are a host of cousins and other family members.

Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at Bosley Funeral Home.
