Mrs. Joyce Ann Spalding, age 65 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2015 at her residence. She was born on April 10, 1949 in Marion County, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arnold Spalding; parents, Veneable and Elizabeth Ann Johnson.

Survivors include two daughters, Terri Ann Spalding, of Lebanon, KY, Erica Denise Spalding Greene, of Lexington, KY; son, James Gerald (Kumiko) Spalding, of Georgetown, KY; three grandchildren, David LaShay Bell, Tyren DeShawn Bell and Nakayla Kensie Greene; two sisters, Yvonne (Terry) Furmon and Diann Johnson, both of Lebanon, KY; four brothers, Anthony (Alberta) Johnson, Jr, Thomas K. (Judy) Johnson, David Lee Johnson, all of Lexington, KY, and Elder Michael J. (Dorothy) Johnson, of Lebanon, KY.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 10, 2015 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Elder Michael J. Johnson. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation will be held beginning at 12 noon and will continue until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
