Joshua Lee Howard, age 30 of Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, September 08, 2021 at his residence. He was born October 15, 1990 in Norfolk, Virginia. Josh was a good son, brother, uncle, and friend. Most importantly, he was a loving dad. The day Chloe was born he cried more than anyone has ever seen. No one hung the moon for him like she did. His favorite past times were fishing, hunting, louder than life concerts, shooting guns but most importantly spending time with family. If he loved you, he loved you and he loved hard. He would give you the shirt off his back and the shoes off his feet. He was very forgiving and no matter what, he gave second chances. He'd always try to make the wrongs right. Despite his struggles, he always tried to focus on the bright side of things. He will be deeply missed by many. We will see you on the other side.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jack Harvey, Ida Huffman, Wallace Gribbins, and Evatine Gribbins; nephew, Eli Jack Mattingly; and niece, Kailor Nicole Mattingly.

Survivors include his parents, Bill and Gina Gribbins; daughter, Chloe Marie Leigh; brothers, Aaron (Philia) Howard, Tristan Howard, and Ethan Deitz; sisters, Emily (Evan) Hillard, Carrie (Jim) Mattingly, Bethany Howard, Brittany Nelson, and Rozlynn Howard; aunt, Rose (Rob) Collins; uncles, J.D. (Missy) Harvey, and Henry (Laura) Gribbins; nephews, Kasen Mattingly, Owen Hillard, Hunter Hillard, and Mackeln Howard; and nieces, Mina Smith, Lainey Howard, Olivia Hillard, and Ellie Mattingly.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home with Brother Joey Carangan officiating. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until time of service on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home. Cremation will service.
