Mr. Joseph Lee "Joe" Ellery, age 60 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Sunday, March 18, 2018 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. He was born on June 12, 1957 in Lebanon. Mr. Ellery was a former employee at Reed's Foodland in Springfield, KY. Mr. Ellery was a member of the St. Augustine Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Raymond Ellery.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Moran Ellery, of Lebanon, KY; mother, Theresa Ann Ellery, of Lebanon, KY; son, Cliffton Lamont Yocum, Sr. (Sheri Hume), of Lancaster, KY; brother, John Ellery, of Lebanon, KY; three sisters, Mary Ann Lewis (Allen), Betty Jane Ellery, and Rosie Ellery, all of Lebanon, KY; two grandsons, James "Man" Johnson and Cliffton "Buddy" Yocum, Jr.; two granddaughters, Cassara Yocum and Sara "Sissy" Young; nephew, Joseph Lewis, of Lebanon, KY.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 23, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in Holy Rosary Church Cemetery in Springfield, KY.
Visitation will begin at 7:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, and will continue until 10:30 a.m.
