Joseph Hayden "Joey" Caldwell, age 61, passed away Saturday, August 08, 2020 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. He was born on February 14, 1959 in Lebanon, Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his father, L.V. "Pill" Caldwell.

Survivors include his wife, Martha "Joyce" Thomas Caldwell of Calvary, KY; mother, Cecilia "Joyce" Hayden Caldwell of Calvary, KY; daughter, Jamie (Eric) Barsegian of Calvary, KY; son, Jody Caldwell of Calvary, KY; four brothers, Larry Caldwell, Tommy Caldwell, Tony Caldwell, Michael Caldwell, all of Calvary, KY; three sisters, Annette Glassscock, Barbara Barnett, Lucy Thomas all of Calvary, KY; four grandchildren, Shelby Barnett, Carli Barnett, Ellie Barnett, Trace Barnett.

A Christian Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. Cremation to follow after funeral service.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, the funeral home is restricted to 50% capacity. Visitors paying their respects will be asked to wait during busy periods until others leave before entering the funeral home. Food or beverages are not permitted at this time. Face masks are required to enter the facility.
