Mr. Joseph Chad Green, age 37 of Lexington, KY, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017 in Lexington. He was born on September 1, 1979 in Lebanon, KY. Chad was an employee of Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY.

He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Donald Green.

Survivors include son, Ethan Green; daughter, Taylor Green, both of Richmond, KY; Karen Hooper Green, mother of Ethan and Taylor; mother, Carolyn Green, of Lebanon, KY; brother, Chris (Tammy) Green, of Louisville, KY; sister, Julie (Johnny) Anders, of Lexington, KY; nieces and nephews, Makenzie and Madison Anders, Bryce and Paige Green.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 30, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, January 29, 2017 at Bosley Funeral Home with prayer services at 7:00 Sunday evening by Deacon Joe Dant.
