Mr. Joseph Martin "Joe" Fowler, age 89 of Lebanon, passed away Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Village of Lebanon. He was born on September 3, 1928 in Lebanon. Mr. Fowler was a retired employee of Barton Distillery and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Juanita Whitehouse Fowler (1994); parents, Henry Roland and Rebecca McGee Fowler; son, Joseph Michael Fowler; daughter, Connie Renee Fowler.

Survivors include wife, Ivy Helen Fowler, of Lebanon; son, Rick Fowler (Sharon), of Goshen, KY; daughters, Karen Caldwell (Gerald), of Lebanon, Lisa Hoy (Val), of Shelbyville; brother, Thomas Fowler, of Lexington; sister, Evelyn Nicholson, of Louisville. Also surviving are five grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:30 p.m. Monday at Bosley Funeral Home. Prayer Services will be held at 7:00 Monday evening by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
