Mr. John T. Washington, age 58 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at his residence. He was born on June 22, 1959 in St. Marys, KY.

He was preceded in death by his step-father, William Edward "Candy" Spaulding. Sister, Thelma Washington.

Survivors include mother, Josie Porter Spaulding, of Lebanon, KY; Father, Johnny Washington, of Lexington, KY; son, Bryan Austin Douglas, of Lebanon, KY; three daughters, Tamika Taylor, of Louisville, KY, Kerri Taylor and Jontavia Douglas, both of Lebanon, KY. Three Brothers, Johnny Washington II, of Louisville, KY; Dale Smith, of Lexington, KY; and Jonathan Combs, of Lexington, KY. Four sister's, Shawna Spaulding Brown –Nicholasville, KY,
Shauntel Spaulding –Lebanon, Ky.,Johnette Houston-Barton –Louisville, KY., and Aretta Combs --FL.

Also surviving are seven grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 13, 2017 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at Bosley Funeral Home wth prayer services at 7:00 Sunday evening by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
