John Henry Mattingly IV, age 44, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at his residence. He was born on April 08, 1977 in Lebanon, Kentucky.

Survivors include his parents, John Henry Mattingly III and Cynthia Oliver Mattingly of Lebanon, KY; son, Jacob Michael Mattingly of Campbellsville, KY; brother, Joseph Craig Mattingly of Springfield, KY; sister, Melissa Carol Mattingly Overby of Lawrenceburg, KY.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Bosley Funeral Home, with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M.; officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 18, 2021 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Donations can be made at the funeral home. Any checks should be made payable to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
