Mr. John T. Mattingly, age 65 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2017 at his residence. A proud veteran, John served in Korea with the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Aloysius Mattingly; sister, Mary Rita Mattingly.

Survivors include son, John Thomas (Heather) Mattingly, Jr.; daughter, Kimberly (Brendan) Culliton; mother, Dortha E. Mattingly; five sisters, Linda Hagan, Sharon Mudd, Cheryl Yates, Polly Newton, Carol Thompson; two brothers, James Mattingly and Charlie Mattingly; good friend, Rose Ann Clark. Also surviving are nine grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 20, 2017 at Bosley Funeral Home, officiated by Brother Gary Chesser. Interment to follow in Lebanon National Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Monday and will continue until time of service at 11:00 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form on contributions to the Marion County Veterans Honor Guard.
