John Robert Dulmage, age 24 of Louisville, KY, passed away Monday, May 6, 2014. He was born on November 7, 1989 in Lafayette, Indiana. John was a 2007 graduate of Marion County High School, and an employee of Kenmark Optical.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Robert Donald and Mary Joyce Dulmage.

Survivors include his mother, Leslie Polk Dulamge, of Lebanon, KY; father, Charles Robert "Chuck" Dulmage, of New Albany, IN; brother, Charles Kurt Dulmage, of Louisville, KY; maternal grandparents, Dr. John C. Sr. and Caroline Chelf Polk, of Lebanon, KY; maternal uncle, John C. Polk, Jr., of Lebanon, KY; paternal uncle, Cole Irvin; paternal aunts, Karen Rae Otto (Detlev); Mary Kathleen Ritchie (Jim); cousins, Taylor Otto and Josh Ritchie.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2014 at Lebanon Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. David Whitlock and Dr. Wesley Noss. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitations will be held from 4:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday at Lebanon Baptist Church.
On Friday, visitations will be held at the church beginning at 12:00 noon until time of service at 4:00 p.m.
