Jeffrey Tanner Strong, age 16 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014. He was born on September 13, 1997 in Lebanon, KY. Tanner was an avid U.K. fan, a student at Marion County High School, enjoyed Cross Country, riding 4-wheelers, fishing and had an ambition to become an Engineer. He was a member of the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church and was an active member in the church's youth program.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Darrell Lee Strong; paternal great-grandparents, Robert T. and Sally Beard Myers.Survivors include his father and step-mother, Joseph Darrell and Lindsay Strong, of Lebanon, KY; mother, Stacy Strong, of Lebanon, KY; two brothers, Joseph Hayden and Jackson Cash Strong, both of Lebanon, KY; paternal grandparents, Scott and Gayla Thomas, of Calvary, KY; maternal grandparents, Randall and Robbie Cox, of Springfield, KY, Debbie Cox, of Lebanon, KY; paternal step-grandparents, Mike and Janelle O'Daniel, of Lebanon, KY; paternal great-grandmother, Adeline Thomas, of Calvary, KY; maternal great-grandparents, J.W. and Jean Maupin; aunts, Amy (Mike) Sheehan, Ariel Myers (Tatum-Michael Gorley); uncles, Brad (Michelle) Cox and Dylan Thomas; step-uncle, Devin O'Daniel. Also surviving are several cousins and many friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church, officiated by Bro. Neal Gordon. Interment to follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitations will be held as follows:Sunday after 2:00 p.m. at Bosley Funeral Home.Monday at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church beginning at 9:00 a.m. and lasting until time of service at 11:00 a.m.
