Mrs. Jane Florine Robinson White, age 92, passed away Friday, April 1, 2011 at Lexington Country Place in Lexington, KY. She was born on November 20, 1918 to William Spalding and Lallie Thomas Robinson of Marion County, KY.
She is preceded in death by husband of fifty-six years, Thomas Ray White, Sr.; parents;  sisters, Lucy O'Daniel, Susan Hagan, Sr. Dolorita Robinson; brothers, William, James, and Spalding Robinson.
Survivors include sons, Thomas Ray, Jr., and James David, of Lexington, KY, Joseph Spalding, of Nicholasville, KY, William Lawrence, of Mt. Washington, KY, Charles, of Lebanon, KY, Patrick, of Las Vegas, NV, Gerald, of Versailles, KY, Michael, of Charlotte, NC; daughters, Martha Hughes, of Lexington, KY, Mary Fages, of Cincinnati, OH, Phyllis Johnson and Dolorita Johnson, Versailles, KY, Lucy Young, of Lebanon, KY, Catherine Murphy, of Pullman, WA, Theresa Higdon, of Louisville, KY, Madonna Coffman, of Manalapan, FL.
A lifelong Catholic, Florine was a woman of great faith, especially in prayer. A mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Lebanon, KY, on April 4, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will be in the St. Charles Church Cemetery, St. Mary's. KY.
Visitations will be held from 3:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with a prayer service that evening at 7:00 p.m. by Deacon Tom Mattingly.
