Mr. J.T. Hays, age 88, formerly of Lebanon, Ky. passed away Friday, December 3, 2010 in Walker, Michigan. He was born on October 31, 1922 in Washington County, Ky. Mr. Hays was a retired Superintendent of a Pipe Fitter Construction Company, and was a U.S. Army Veteran.  He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Lee Lawson Hays; and his parents, James W. and Thelma Nelson Hays.  Survivors include 2 daughters, Phyllis Katherine Jager, of Bloomington, IL., and Judy Darlene Kenny, of Cape Coral, Fl.; 2 sons, James Thomas Hays, ll, of Grand Rapids, MI, and Gary Lee Hays, of Granville, MI. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.  Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010 at the funeral home,officiated by Rev. Victor Stansbury. Interemnt in Ryder Cemetery.  Visitations will be held from 11:00-1:00 p.m. Saturday.
