Helen Ann Maupin, age 81, of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Spring View Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 29, 1944 in Lebanon, Kentucky to the late John Houston and Julia Helen Mattingly. Mrs. Maupin worked for over 30 years at Jane and Linda Sportswear. She also worked at Wilbert Plastics, and in her later years served as a caregiver by sitting with the elderly. She was a faithful member of Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church where she served on the bereavement committee. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Patrick "Pat" Maupin; parents; sister, Judy Carol Cox.

Survivors include her two sons, James Patrick (Paula Thomas) Maupin, Jr., Joseph Randall Maupin both of Lebanon; daughter, Patricia Ann (John Paul) Cecil of St. Francis; brother, Frankie (Margaret) Mattingly of Lebanon; sister, Shirley (Gerard) Mattingly of Bardstown; four grandchildren, Lexi Maupin (Justin), Brandon Maupin, Allison (Kody) Phillips, Abby Jo Maupin; two great-grandchildren, Rhett Ashcraft, Addisyn Ashcraft, and another on the way due in May.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Monday, October 27, 2025 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M., officiated by Deacon Joe Dant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers are Jimmy Maupin, Randy Maupin, John Paul Cecil, Tommy Cox, Brandon Maupin, Ryan Cox, Justin Lark, Darrell Mattingly.

Honorary Pallbearers are Lexi Maupin, Allison Phillips, Abby Jo Maupin.
