Gloria McElroy, age 71, of West Finley Ridge Road, Campbellsville, KY passed away Thursday, June 15, 2023 at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born on August 27, 1951 in Finley, Kentucky to the late Henry Leo and Annie Agnes Shively McElroy. She was a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nancy Moore; three brothers, Afton Leroy McElroy, Johnny McElroy, and Roy McElroy

Survivors include her four sisters, Billie Turner of Bardstown, Mary (Wallace) Parrott of Lebanon, Roberta Lewis of Willisburg, Brenda (Charlie) Goatley of Springfield; brother, Charles (Brenda) McElroy of Finley.

Also surviving are a host of special nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.

Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at Bosley Funeral Home with a prayer service that will be held at 7:00 P.M. Visitation will also be held from 8:30 A.M.-10:15 A.M. on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Bosley Funeral Home

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take form of contributions to Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church or to the Marion County Animal Shelter

Pallbearers will be Eddie Goatley, Joseph Goatley, Cassie Goatley, Amanda McElroy, Michael McElroy, Johnathan McElroy, Connie Abell and Bobby Feathers
