Geneva Mae "Nini" Thomas, 77, of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at the home of her sister. Geneva was a native of Lebanon and a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.

After living in Louisville for about thirty-seven years, she returned home to live independently for the first time in her life. She so loved this time and made many friends, especially at Henning's Restaurant and Adams Pharmacy.

Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence David and Catherine Isabelle Thomas; brothers, Lawrence Patrick and Joseph Donald Thomas; sisters, Sister Susan Thomas and Ann Liggett.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister; Rita (Rex) Tanner; 18 nieces and nephews, her wonderful sister-in-law, Eleanor Thomas; her special cousin, Nancy O'Daniel and as she says, her best friend Ackie George.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12 noon, Monday, April 03, 2023 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until time of Mass at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Burial will follow in St. Augustine Church Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Addison Jo Blair Foundation.

Pallbearers will be: Clay Tanner, Joe Thomas, Jim "JT" Thomas, Steve Thomas, Mike Thomas and David Thomas.

Honorary Pallbearers will be: Nick Thomas, Charlie Thomas and John Patrick Caldwell.
