Francis G. "Jerry" Brady, age 71 of Lebanon, KY, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. He was born on June 7, 1947 in Marion County, KY. Mr. Brady was a United States Army Veteran and member of St. Augustine Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas O'Shea and Mary Ernestine Buckman Brady; two brothers, Michael O'Shea Brady and Russell Brady; sister, Mary Cecilia Spalding.
Survivors include son, Eddie (Kimberly) Brady, of Delaware, OH; daughter, Kathy Brady, of Lebanon, KY; five brothers, William Ernest Brady, of Lebanon, KY, Tommy (Wanda) Brady, of Lebanon, KY, Richard (Arlene) Brady, of Elizabethtown, KY, Joe Paul (Vickie) Brady, of Lebanon, KY, Eugene (Rhonda) Brady, of Lebanon, KY; two sisters, Rose (Jerry) Hamilton, of Bardstown, KY, Marcella (Doug) Ray, of Lebanon,. KY; four grandchildren, Corlynn Brady, Anna Maria Brady, Autumn Smith and Joe Joe Smith. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, August 13, 2018 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, celebrated by Rev. Mark Hamilton. Interment to follow in Holy Name of Mary Church Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the Marion County Veteran's Honor Guard.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Prayer Services will be held at 7:00 Sunday evening by Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
